Description
Het eerste met de hand vervaardigde model uit het Godin Premier Atelier. Robert Godins droom om de ultieme elektrische single-coil gitaar te bouwen is realiteit geworden. De fantastische Passion RG 3 bereikt niuewe hoogtes wat handwerkkunst en innovatie betreft, dit is daadwerkelijk een gitaar voor single-coil fanatiekelingen. Deze gitaren worden gebouwd met uitsluitend het beste, geselecteerde hout, alsmede de nieuwe GS-3 single- coil elementen en de Godin High Definition Revoicer (voorversterker).
Deze gitaar is echt zo goed als nieuw, geen enkele beschadiging. Hij is opnieuw afgesteld met nieuwe Ernie Ball snaren 0,10 en speelt echt heerlijk licht. Het geluid is zuiver zonder bijgeluiden of iets dergelijks. Ook is de tremolo te gebruiken zonder dat de gitaar ontstemd.

The Godin Passion RG-3 series of guitars uses incredibly resonant woods for the body and top. You can choose between sitka spruce or red cedar for the body of your guitar. Red cedar is extremely lightweight and resonant, this is the same type of wood used in harpsichords. Sitka spruce is well known as an acoustic guitar top wood with excellent sound. Sitka spruce bodies are finished with flamed maple tops, while the red cedar RG-3s are finished with a mahogany top.
Resonant Chambering
We all want a long sustain and great tonality out of our guitars, and Godin has provided this in the Passion RG-3 guitars thanks to the carefully designed chambering system. Five chambers, that have been tuned to specific notes, are interconnected with channels in the body to allow optimal air transfer. The Passion RG-3 provides exceptional tone, resonance, and a lightweight body.
Custom Electronics
Godin went through tons of pickups to find the perfect sound for the Passion RG-3. They eventually went to the design table and created their own, which truly bring out the best of the RG-3. Not only do you get amazing tones, but Godin also included their HDR circuit, the High-Definition Revoicer. The HDR preamp has four custom-tuned preamps, it takes the passive pickups and makes them active which actually changes the character of the pickups and gives great definition, especially for fingerstyle playing. It's like having ten pickup settings instead of five. Godin's Passion RG-3 gives you the tones you need.
