As Manager Quality Control you will be responsible for managing a team of young, driven QC-professionals in a GMP environment on projects related to cell therapy and regenerative medicines. You will lead your team in establishing the in-process and final product testing of autologous and allogeneic cell products in accordance to GMP and applicable international guidelines. Responsible for managing the QC department in a high growth environment (work planning, staffing and training, performing QC testing, review and approval of batch/unit records) Leading a team of QC Associates and QC Team Leaders at the site in Geleen. Responsible that all QC assays and documentation is in compliance with GMP Assist with writing protocols, reports, SOP and Batch testing documents (internally or for international companies) Responsible for writing Change Controls, Non-Conformances / Out of Specifications, Planned Deviations and Corrective And Preventive Actions
Functie-eisen
MSc. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Biology or equivalent with focus on cell biology and/ or human cell culturing techniques (stem cells, primary cells and/or tissue culture); 5 years supervisor experience in a GMP-certified industrial QC laborato; Good proficiency in Englh; Good knowledge of standard MS-Office products;
