For one of our clients in the The Hague region we are looking for a Senior BSS Solution Architect, this role is in the intersection of Telecommunications and CRM.
As a Senior BSS Solution Architect you're responsible for building FMC BSS/Omni-channel products and solutions with high competitive edge in the market in collaboration with the architecture design team.
You like to participate in go-to-market activities, to lead the technical team to provide solutions to customers and to collaborate with R&D, delivery- and marketing teams.

As a Senior BSS Solution Architect you're responsible for building FMC BSS/Omni-channel products and solutions with high competitive edge in the market in collaboration with the architecture design team.

What a Senior BSS Solution Architect does:
- Your main duty is to build up FMC BSS/Omni-channel products and solutions with high competitive edge in the market in collaboration with the architecture design team.
- You participate in go-to-market activities in new BSS /Omni-channel product/solution releases.
- You plan and design roadmap for the Business Support System or their key components, such as Omni-Channel and CRM.
- You lead the technical team to provide solutions to customers in the BSS domain.
- You collaborate with R&D, delivery- and marketing teams.
- You provide technical proposals to customers, participating in technical clarification and you are involved in product demonstration.
- You act as a project lead regarding design and development activities.
Job Requirements
What we are looking for in a Senior BSS Solution Architect:
- Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Telecommunications, IT, Electronics or Marketing.
- 10+ years' experience in Telecom CRM.
- 5+ years' experience in the Omni-channel domain (e-commerce experience).
- Experiences and skills of BSS solution planning.
- Good relations in the telecom industry and with regional carriers.
- Communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- You are a strong influencer on multiple levels.
- Key personal skills: result orientated, self-motivated, innovative thinker, team player.
